The Longhouse is a detached 19th century barn conversion and has been expertly designed by local architect and artist Donald Jones. The conversion is incredibly sympathetic to the surrounding area and the attention to detail is outstanding.
Ground Floor:
The Large living room, with headroom to roof apex, has a window framing spectacular views out over Carreg Cennen Castle and a wood-burning stove. Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio cassette player. Glass door leads from living room to conservatory style dining-room with full height plate glass to two sides providing castle and other valley views. Doors at each end of dining room lead to terrace and lawn. Well-equipped kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washer/dryer and sink area has adjoining cloak. Large twin-bedroom to rear has headroom to roof apex and fully tiled en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and door to terrace. Slate tiles throughout ground floor.
First floor:
Stairs from Hallway fork off to left and right to two double bedrooms to first floor. The first double has an opening window with coloured glass overlooking living room. Double bedrooms to first floor have sloping ceilings in roof space and roof windows. Both doubles have fully tiled en-suite bathroom/W.C.s with over-bath showers.
