Ty Nant provides excellent accommodation for a medium sized family or group of friends. The 19th century barn conversion has been expertly designed by local architect and artist Donald Jones and has its own private terrace with large lawn.
Ground Floor:
Enter into large open plan Living Area. Living room with wood burning stove, flat screen TV and DVD player, CD/radio cassette and wood burning stove; has door leading out onto private terrace to the rear of the property. Fully fitted, well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, sizeable fridge/freezer and microwave also has a dining area to seat 4. Kitchen leads to fully tiled Bathroom (with over-bath shower) and Single Bedroom (with double bed and external doorway). Ground floor has slate tiles throughout.
First Floor:
Stairway from living area leads to two first floor bedrooms at opposite ends of landing area. The Double Bedroom to the left has doorway to external stone steps and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Second Single Bedroom (with double bed) to the right also has en-suite facilities. Both first floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings and entire first floor benefits from high quality wooden flooring.
Oil fired central heating.
Shared laundry situated in separate building with Dyson washing machine and condenser drier.
All cottages are fully equipped and furnishings are new or antique. Patio furniture and portable barbecues are available. Free logs and a welcome pack provided on arrival. High chair and Travel cot available on request.
